Custom Website
$75 /hour, 15 - 60 hours
- Fully custom design from bottom up for a unique look of your own
- Cost will depend on the intensity of design, amount of pages and other customized features
Semi-Custom Design
$75 /hour, 5 - 15 hours
- Start with a stock template, with extensive design changes
- A cost effective way to distinguish yourself from other agents - a great competitive edge

Mailchimp & Nimble are 3rd party solutions. Their basic packages are free - additional (very small) monthly fees may be applicable from the 3rd party vendors if you upgrade your account.
