Ivana wanted to break out from the norm, and emphasize her West Coast presence strongly through her branding. Another aim was to bring the focus of the brand to her first name – resulting in a most unique brand that rolls off the tongue naturally.
The type-art branding and design features a subtle asymmetry along with clean & crisp typefaces that are easy to read yet stands out boldly. A darker and more regal blue, deviating from the classic navy tone, was selected as her emphasis colour to ensure a trustworthy feel.
Taking a heavy aim at the Tri-Cities, Burnaby and Vancouver East/West, WestCoastIvana.com was built around the new branding to help Ivana make a great presence online for her real estate career. With her niche areas pre-configured for a quick and easy MLS® listing search, as well as showcasing her marketing methods and techniques.
It all starts with a great brand – and the ensuing design pieces become a consistent extension of Ivana’s persona. Starting with the basics such as business cards and presentation folders, we continued to custom craft printed guides for home buyers & sellers.

To extend the presence of her great branding we crafted several other print and digital media to better present her to her potential customers. From printed buyers guide to selling processes, as well as social media collateral to ensure she reaches all demographics, everything was designed with complete cohesion with the brilliant branding and logo design.
