Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Widgets & API Usage

We use Instagram API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to allow your website to display your most recent Instagram posts & reels.

When you connect your Instagram account to your real estate website admin panel for the first time, Instagram will ask you if you want to permit us to read basic information about your account. Without this consent on the Instagram side, we do not read any data from Instagram API.

When you grant us access to read basic information, we store some of this data in our database. We store:

  • Your Instagram user ID
  • Your Instagram username
  • Your full name (if you provided any in your Instagram profile)
  • Instagram access token
  • Number of followers, following, and posts

With a connected Instagram account, you can easily create, edit, upgrade and remove widgets.

We do not store your e-mail address or password to your Instagram account.

You can easily deactivate the widget by removing your token ID from the website back-end panel if you wish to discontinue providing Brixwork with your Instagram feed, and our system will automatically remove all the data associated with your account within 30 minutes, or you can send us an email at the address below.

Deletion of Your Personal Data (including Facebook, Instagram)

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Accounts on this site can be deleted at the Your request. Login to the admin page and navigate to Settings. Click “Disconnect” button under “Social” tab to request complete deletion of your Personal Data, and your Instagram user data (including ID, access token, and username) will be permanently deleted from our servers instantly. Or, email Us at support@brixwork.com to request deletion.

OTHER DISCLOSURES

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may disclose information about you to the extent that we are required to do so by law in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.
